A little about me!

I am Abhishri Shah from the dynamic city of Mumbai, India. I am currently based out of Toronto, Canada. My art journey started from the time I was able to hold a pencil. Beginning from oil pastels to oil paints, I went on to learn many forms of arts. l am well versed with acrylic paints, oil paints and texture art. Art has always been a way of expressing my emotions, experiences, teachings and journey of life.

 

Originally a dentist, I blended my unique dexterity skills with creativity allowing an amalgamation of both helping me create abstract; yet detailed and unique art. My art is driven by passion, filled with emotions and blind sided by inspiration of the divine. I am focused on creating vibrant, colorful and esoteric abstract arts that have deep metaphors; showcasing my inner being,  belief system, values and heritage. I am also enthusiastic about giving back all that I have learned, through teaching art. Art workshops coming soon!
